Measured, then trained.

Force plates, timing gates and a coach who will not write you a programme until they have seen your numbers. Twenty athletes at a time, no more.

The Method

Nothing is programmed on a hunch

Every athlete starts with a two-hour assessment: force plates, timing gates, movement screen and a training history. The programme comes out of that, and it is rewritten every six weeks against a retest.

If the numbers are not moving, we change the programme rather than telling you to try harder.

  • Two-hour assessment before any programme is written
  • Retest every six weeks, results shared in full
  • Four athletes per coach, maximum, on the floor
  • Physio and nutrition on site two days a week
