Team Athletes
Football, rugby and netball squads in the off-season and through it.
Force plates, timing gates and a coach who will not write you a programme until they have seen your numbers. Twenty athletes at a time, no more.
Every athlete starts with a two-hour assessment: force plates, timing gates, movement screen and a training history. The programme comes out of that, and it is rewritten every six weeks against a retest.
If the numbers are not moving, we change the programme rather than telling you to try harder.
Football, rugby and netball squads in the off-season and through it.
Runners and triathletes who need strength work that does not wreck the week.
Post-surgery and post-injury, run alongside your physio rather than instead of them.
Ages 13 to 18, technique and coordination first, load much later.
“The retest is the bit nobody else does. Six weeks in they changed half my programme because the plates said so.”
“Came back from an ACL reconstruction here. They worked with my surgeon, not around him.”
“Marathon PB by four minutes and the first season in years without a calf tear.”
Two hours, AED 900, and you leave with your numbers and a written plan whether or not you train with us afterwards.
