The Yard on Umm Suqeim 3, second unit past the coffee container. Park on the sand strip, not on the road.

What the assessment involves

  • Force plate testing — jump, landing and asymmetry
  • Timing gates over 10m and 30m
  • Movement screen and injury history
  • A written report and a programme, yours to keep
  • No obligation to train here afterwards
