Every programme starts with the assessment and is rewritten every six weeks against a retest.
No, but you do have to want to be measured. Half our individual clients are amateurs with a goal — a marathon, a comeback, a number. If you want a general gym, Ashwood is expensive and over-specified for you, and we will say so on the call.
Then the programme was wrong and we rewrite it, at no cost. That happens with roughly one athlete in six at the first retest — usually because life outside training was not what we assumed.
Most people do, and we programme around it. Tell us honestly what else is in your week — the most common cause of a flat retest is training we did not know about.
